One night a few weeks ago, I had the sudden brilliant idea to put peanut butter on steak. I have no idea why that flavor combination popped into my head, but it did and it sounded delicious. It took me a while, but I finally was able to come up with a recipe for the perfect peanut butter steak. It’s so gooey and yummy and high in protein!
Here is my recipe.
1 flank steak
4 oz of creamy peanut butter
1 pad of butter
Dash of Italian seasoning
Dash of salt
Heat up a pan on the stove and melt the butter. Add the seasoning and salt, then start to cook the steak.
Fry steak until desired tenderness. Remove from pan and spread peanut butter over the top of the steak. Peanut butter will melt. Serve immediately.
